| 摘 要： | 对集体抵制与限制竞争的关系进行了法律分析,以谢绝自带水酒的规定和同业抵制为引子,导出集体抵制的问题,然后详细介绍了美国集体抵制法律制度的历史沿革和发展现状,在此基础上,对谢绝自带水酒的规定进行了法律评判。
