| Abstract: | Risk of command and decision-making is something objective in actual policing operation.The risk of decision-making is made up of several elements.In actual policing combat,the risk of decision-making affects and restricts the effect of commanding operation and determines the result of the actual policing combat directly.In this paper,we can find and grasp the constitute elements of decision-making clearly.How to control the risk of command and decision-making effectively is an important task and program for the relative commanders of public security officers. |
