| 摘 要： | 犯罪心理分析最早可追溯到第二次世界大战期间,至今实践已有数十年,应用越来越广泛。其理论基础包括犯罪心理的客观实在性原理、犯罪过程中的信息转移原理、犯罪环境——犯罪心理——犯罪行为三变量系统理论和思维定势与动力定型原理。目前理论上并不十分成熟,实践中应正确地看待犯罪心理分析的作用,既不夸大又不否定其客观的价值。
