建设廉洁城市：中国特色反腐倡廉实践的新探索

Construct a City with Integrity and Honesty: A New Exploration of the Practice to Combat Corruption and Advocate Integrity with Chinese Characteristics

In essence, a city with integrity and honesty is a strategic placement Of municipal anti-corruption construction. It is helpful to solve the current anti-comlption predicament, and make a new breakthrough of anti-corruption approaches. As a systematic project, the construction of such a city consists of several important elements, which include a clean government, cit izens, markets and society. The above ingredients, mutually interconnected, constitute a basic framework including the system of supervision, market credit and social ethics. To build a clean city, we should draw the core wisdom from the history of Chinese revolution, construction and reform and adopt an anti-corruption approach with Chinese characteristics. We should also learn the successful experience of the international community and avoid unnecessary mistakes.
