| 摘 要： | 当前,我国高校学生惩戒纠纷呈现出类型多样、内容复杂、解决难度较大等特点。学生惩戒纠纷的主要类型有行政纠纷、学术纠纷和民事纠纷等。目前惩戒纠纷解决机制存在的突出问题是校内申诉机制缺陷突出,校外行政解决机制通道不畅,通过诉讼渠道解决障碍较多。构建崭新的纠纷解决机制势在必行。

| Abstract: | At present,disciplinary disputes show characteristics as follows: diversity,complexity,and difficulty to be resolved in China.The main kinds of disciplinary disputes include administrative disputes,academic disputes and civil disputes.Currently,the outstanding problem of settlement mechanism consist of the defaults of inner mechanism obviously,the channels of outer mechanism impeded,the resolution by litigation more difficult.Thus,construction of a new mechanism is imminent. |
