| 摘 要： | 民本,是资产阶级民主革命的产物,又是宪法的基本要旨所在。我国在立宪时,比较充分地考虑了人民的基本权利,考虑了以民为本的基本要求,所以说,我国的宪法具有民本的思想基础和社会基础。民本既是构建和谐社会的政治保证,也是构建和谐社会的法律保证。

| Abstract: | The idea of putting people first is the product of the bourgeois-democratic revolution and the chief aim of the Constitution. China takes its people's basic rights and basic needs into full consideration when establishing its Constitution. Therefore, the Chinese Constitution has found a good ideological and social basis of putting people first which is not only the political guarantee but also the legal guarantee of building a harmonious society. |
