| 摘 要： | 现有研究一般认为高校科技成果转化率低的主要根源在于:缺乏法律与政策支撑、收益分配机制不健全、缺乏转化机构及转化模式.科技成果向现实生产力转化依赖技术、资金、服务与产业的有效对接,从技术、资金、服务与产业供需视域看,科技成果供需结构性矛盾、中试孵化资金投入匮乏、中介服务发展滞后才是高校科技成果转化难的根本症结.因此,应推进产学研技术创新联盟建设、健全高校科技成果转化风险投资机制与中介服务体系.
