| Abstract: | This article tries to research some questions about the sexy crime in Qin and Han Dynasty based on both literature and unearthed documents and then points out that: In Qin and Han Dynasty,there had been scales of penalty concerning this kind of crime,and most of that had been inherited and developed by the subsequent law;Compared with he subsequent law(Tang law mainly),the Qin and Han Dynasty has their own distinguished characteristics as to the punishment imposed on the sexy crime. |
