| 摘 要： | 心脏FC值(Functional Capacity)即心脏功能能力,是指肌体在尽力活动时,所能达到的最大能量代谢当量(MET),或者说,在有氧代谢范围内肌体能完成的最大强度的MET值.就某人而言,FC值越大,则心脏能承受的运动强度越大,耐力越好.FC值测定方法较多,但大多因各方面要求较多不易普及,然而利用简易的台阶实验法,推测心脏FC值虽然少见,却切实可行.

| Abstract: | The Heart Functional Capacity means the maximum energy-metabolism equivalent the organism can reach when it exercises to the utmost,or say,the MET value of the most strength the organism can fulfill within the scope of oxygen-metabolism.In regard to someone,the more FC value is,the more strength the heart can endure.Varieties of the methods to determine the FC value,mostly,are not easy to be popularized because of more requests in all kinds of aspects.However,making use of the simple step experiment method to calculate the FC value,although seldom be used,is a realistic method. |
