市场经济与政府职能配置

转变政府职能、深化行政管理体制改革是我国政治体制改革的一项重要内容,也是建设社会主义市场经济体制的必然要求。从适应市场经济发展的客观需求来看,中国现行政府职能配置的缺陷及其对市场经济发展的阻碍是较为严重的,因此,按照客观环境的变化转变政府职能已是势在必行。

Market Economy and Allocation of Government Function
