| 摘 要： | 《大学英语教学大纲》虽然提出了大学英语教学四年不断线的要求,但事实上又阻滞了其实施。相比之下,《大学英语课程教学要求》既凸现了新理念,又明确了新模式,从而成为实施大学英语教学四年不断线的新理据。
