| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志提出的“三个代表”思想对中国的法律发展具有重要的现实指导意义,它有助于中国的法治建设确立正确的价值取向,即中国的法制建构应当以先进生产力的发展要求为价值基础,以先进文化为价值内涵,以最广大人民的根本利益为价值依归,惟其如此,法制建设才能真正推动社会的文明进步,社会主义法治国家才能真正实现。

| Abstract: | The idea of "three representative",advanced by Comrade JiangZeming,has important guide meaning and proper spirit orientation for Chinese legal development.The spirit must be based on the demand of advanced productive forces' development,connotated by advanced culture,and inclined to essential profit of the widest public as a guide.Through building legal system,therefore,the social civilization progress will have been promoted;and the socialist legal country will have been accomplished. |
