| 摘 要： | 在我国现阶段 ,坚持效率优先兼顾公平是我们处理公平与效率问题的基本原则 ,坚持让一部分人通过诚实劳动和合法经营先富裕起来 ,是最终实现共同富裕的必由之路。政府对个人收入分配的调节 ,应当在初次分配中更多地体现效率 ,在再分配时更多地体现公平。

| Abstract: | A principle of having priority of efficiency and giving consideration to fairness is way to solve the question of fairness and efficiency at present in china;the way to realize the whole people's prosperity consists of some people's legal prosperity promoting the whole people's prosperity.The government's adjustment of the individual income should show efficiency in the first income distribution and fairness in the second distribution. |
