| 摘 要： | 近些年法律类高职院校发展迅速,为社会培养了大量实用型法律人才,大大推动了我国法制建设进程,繁荣了教育事业。但培养目标不清晰、生源整体素质的下降、教师结构和教法的不合理、学院软硬件建设的不到位等一系列因素较严重制约了法律类高职院校课堂教学效果的提高。

| Abstract: | In recent years of law of higher vocational colleges development is rapid,a lot of cultivating the practical legal talents,greatly promoting the rule of law in our country construction process,the education career.Prosperity But due to the training objectives are not clear,society of legal talent demand elasticity,the students＇ culture quality declining,teacher＇s structure and the unreasonable and college teaching software and hardware construction of a series of factors is improper seriously restricted the effect of classroom teaching improvement. |
