| 摘 要： | 一、我国社会保险基金运营和发展现状
目前，我国社会保险基金分为养老保险基金、失业保险基金、医疗保险基金、工伤保险基金和生育保险基金等，其中养老保险基金数额最大。而社会保险基金从大的概念范畴来讲，属于社会保障基金的一部分，而且是社会保障基金中最重要的组成部分。社会保险基金中属于中央政府管理的是全国社会保障基金，据全国社会保障基金理事会发布公告称，截至2007年年底，全国社会保障基金总资产市值为5162亿元，基金的主要来源是财政拨款、国有股减持收入及基金本身的投资收益，用途是作为基本养老保险的战略储备，用于弥补随着老龄化发展而出现的社保基金缺口。
