提名执政仍力问题研究

面对新世纪,中国共产党必须进一步解决提高党的执政能力和领导水平,提高拒腐防变和抵御风险能力这两大历史性课题。从必要性来看,切实提高执政能力已成为新世纪党的建设中的一个突出重大问题;从基本内容来看,必须以“三个代表”思想为指导,以始终保持党的先进性为核心,全面提高党的执政能力。提高党的执政能力的基本途径在于以改革创新的精神全面加强和改进党的自身建设。

Research on Issue Concerning Increase of Ruling Ability of the Communist Party of China in the New Century

In the new century, the Communist Party of China must further solve the two historical issues,one is raising its ability and level of leadership in ruling the country and another is increasing its ability in the struggle against corruption and other possible risks. Firstly, it is becoming more and more necessary for increasing its ruling ability in the construction of the Party in the new century. Secondly, we must take the theory of "three represents" as a guide in our thinking. Our Party must always represent the advanced trend of the development of productive forces and culture in China and raise its ruling ability in an all round way. This is the core of all our work. The fundamental way is to strengthen and improve self construction of the Party with the spirit of reform and creation in an all round way.
