| Abstract: | This essay intends to explore the historical relations between the institutes of delivering oneself to the police on the basis of ancient Chinese law in Song Dynasty and the new criminal code.By examining the legal institute in the case of A Yun,the author dugs some similarites and differences and draws several conclusions as well as suggestions. |
