以就业为导向，加大教学改革力度——高职高专教育教学改革与就业指导整合的思路

随着我国高等教育步入大众化阶段,大学毕业生待业人数呈逐年增长的态势,大学毕业生就业难已经成为学生、家庭、社会和政府共同关注的问题。就业难究其原因是多方面的,其中,教育教学改革相对滞后是很重要的因素。高等职业技术教育应该以就业为导向,在专业设置、课程设计、教学内容、人才培养模式、师资队伍建设和系统化科学化地开展就业指导工作等方面加以整合,才能适应教育的发展和社会对劳动力的需求。

Taking Employment as Guidance, strengthening Reform in Teaching

As the senior education in our country has developed into the popularization period,the amount of unemployed people among graduates from university is increasing year by year.The hardship for university graduates to get employed has become an item concerning students,families,society,and government.There are many reasons for the difficulties of getting jobs.The backward reform of education and teaching is one of the important elements.Senior professional education should take employment as guidance and make adjustment in following aspects such as design of major,plan of courses,teaching content,talenttraining mold,construction of teaching staff,and carrying out guidance work to employment in a systematic and scientific way,so as to adjust to the development of education and fullfil the need of labour force from the society.
