| 摘 要： | 近30年的警察学历教育为我国的公安职业化建设做出了功不可没的突出贡献。在今天,如何强化公安职业教育,集中人力、物力和财力提高警察的整体素质,笔者提出了自己的见解,即构建新型的职业教育体系,建立周期培训制度,学分制度,注重岗位养成教育,强化公安职业技能。

| Abstract: | The 30 years' police academy education has made great contribution to the national construction of China's police. Today we should strengthen career education on the basis of human-material-money resource. And we should reconstruct career education system, construct cycling training and credit system, pay attention to post-developing education and strengthen police skills. |
