| Abstract: | From the concept and value of law transplant, this article gives a probe into the request of the law modernization, and into the role that law transplant plays in the process of the law modernization. The article believes that, in the course of law modernization, law transplant is expected to adhere to the principle of science, localization and appropriation. |
