| Abstract: | Market-oriented economy is legal and contractual one. Contract is the legal form of commodity exchange. As it links up the commercial intercourse, the management of it is the base and guarantee that the enterprise is run according to law. It is an effective assurance mechanism of corporation's legal rights and interests and economic benefits that strengthening the management in the whole course of contract and operating the enterprise according to law. |
