| 摘 要： | 概括治安管理工作中非规范化行为的表现和特征,深入分析导致非规范化行为产生的四个方面的原因,指出大力加强治安管理工作的警务规范化建设,是遏制非规范化行为的必由之路,并就如何开展治安管理警务规范化建设,提出四个方面的建议。

| Abstract: | The actions of non-standardization in administration of public security are prevalent and harmful. By generalizing the behaves and characters of the non-standardization actions in administer of public security, the article analyzed the causation of it, indicated the four-sides reasons which conducing it. Enounced that the best mean to solving this problem is strengthen the standardization in administer of public security. Gavin four suggestions for how to strengthen the standardization in administer of public security. |
