| 摘 要： | 区域循环经济发展模式是东北地区社会、经济、环境可持续发展的实现手段。以东北地区循环经济发展框架为基点,从空间布局角度研究分析东北地区循环经济发展思路,即"一轴三极七基地",通过区域内合理的空间布局促进产业的合理分工与链接,为东北地区产业结构调整、增长方式转变和循环经济发展提供宏观层面的构想,为具备区域特色的循环经济发展探索可行路径,以期实现区域的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This article put forward that circular economy model is the correct path which could realize the sustainable development in Northeast Area.Combining with present situation in Northeast Area development,this article put forward the circular economy developing thinking and advising in Northeast Area from the angle of space overall arrangement named one axis three pole and seven base based on the circular economy developing frame,and provided practicable design in macro-aspect for industrial structure adjusting and growth mode changing and circular economy developing in Northeast Area.This article raised the practicable path of the regional characteristic circular economy,so that can realize the regional sustainable development. |
