网络道德失控的成因、表现及对策研究

网络道德失控是道德失范的新现象,其主要表现是：漫骂与攻击行为、撒谎与欺诈行为、侵犯与破坏行为、色情与暴力行为等;其根源是虚拟世界中他律机制的丧失、自律机制的缺失以及虚拟世界道德现象与现实世界道德现象的根本区别;其最大危害是网民在现实世界移植虚拟世界养成的习性、实施虚拟世界中的未竟之事等。要规范虚拟世界道德,在现实世界中必须强化对虚拟世界的管理、立法,提高公民素质,提高广大网民对网络、对虚拟世界的理性认识,还要提高公民的道德意识,并特别关注青少年的网络知识教育,引导青少年养成健康积极的网络观念。

The out of control moral in the virtual world is a new phenomenon of moral anomie,the main manifestations are： abusive and aggressive behavior,lying and fraud,abuse and vandalism,sex and violence,etc.The loss of social supervision,the loss of self-discipline mechanism,the difference between ethical behavior in the virtual world and the real world is the root;To behave according to the customary formed in the virtual world and continue to do the things that did not complete in the virtual world is the biggest hazards.To standardize the moral in the virtual world,we must strengthen the management in the virtual world,enhance civic awareness and improving their understanding of the virtual world,especially pay attention to the network knowledge of the youth education,and guide young people develop a healthy concept of the virtual world.
