| Abstract: | The system of judges' responsibility is the core content of criminal justice system in ancient China.During the several thousands of years developing process it forms a distinctive feature and contains a wealth of connotations.Summing up Chinese an-cient judges' system of responsibility will contribute to understanding the essence of the responsibility system,and provide some refer-ence to perfect our criminal justice system. |
