| 摘 要： | The Russian economy has been in a downturn since 2013.There are a variety of deep roots for this trend,which include the aftermath of the international financial crisis and domestic economic structural problems.The economic fluctuation has aroused heated debates in Russia.Liberals,centrists,and traditionalists are all putting forward their perspectives and proposals regarding the current economic situation,development strategy and the future economic tendency,interacting with the Putin government’s strategies.
