| 摘 要： | 关于非法行医罪侵犯的客体,应当明确的是,本罪侵犯的是国家对医疗机构和医务从业人员的管理秩序,同时也是对公共卫生的侵犯,即不特定多数人的健康和生命安全。所以,本罪的客体是复杂客体,其中国家医疗机构和医务从业人员的管理秩序是主要客体,公共卫生是次要客体。

| Abstract: | In this article, it must be defined that the crime of unlawfully practising medicine infringes the order of government managing medical agencies and medical workers as well as public health. In other words, the crime infringes the health and life safety of uncertain or many people. So the object of the crime is a complex object, its principal object is the order of government managing medical agency and medical workers and secondary object is public health. |
