| 摘 要： | 我国作为发展中国家,人口的老龄化具有速度快、绝对数量大的特点。保障老年人的合法权益,让老年人共享经济建设和社会发展的成果,是政府的责任。本文以我国人口老龄化的现状为契入点,阐述了政府的责任,提出了应对人口老龄化的制度构想,为老年人权益保障提供法律依据和操作机制。

| Abstract: | The our country is a developing country,the advanced age of population turns to have speed quickly,absolute the amount great characteristics.Guaranteeing the old people's legal rights,letting the old people share the result of economy construction and social development is a governmental responsibility.This artcle put forward replying the system speculation that the population advanced age turns,provide law for the old people's rights guarantee basis and operation mechanism. |
