| 摘 要： | 中国工会十五大报告提出:"要坚持以职工为本,尊重职工主体地位,维护职工权益,促进职工全面发展".全面维护职工群众精神文化权益,调整职工和谐心态,是发展和谐劳动关系的重要前提.职工和谐心态就是人与自然的和谐、人与人的和谐、人与社会和谐的康宁或完好状态.工会在调整职工和谐心态中具有重要作用.
