| 摘 要： | 在布什第一任期,美国国内对外交政策争论激烈。一方面,辩论双方的一些共同点是有利于布什政策的。另一方面,布什新任期的表现也在注意政策调整以减少批评,特别是争取国际合作。因此,布什目前的政策比较符合美国公众的期待。
