保护非物质文化遗产的文化行动其理论准备严重不足。非物质文化遗产即民族民间文化是民族文化之根,它自身包含着存在和发展的合理性。要保持中华文化的独特性,弘扬中华文化的优良传统,重要的是弘扬中华文化精神。在民间文化中蕴含着或洋溢着强烈的“生生不息”和“自强不息”的意识,这正是中华民族的文化精神。

Concerning the Cultural Nature of Intangible Heritage of Humanity

There is extraordinary lack of theoretical preparation for action to preserve the intangible heritage of humanity.Intangible heritage of humanity,i.e.ethnical and folk culture is the root of national culture,which has its own reasonability of survival and development.To maintain the peculiarity and carry forward the admirable tradition of Chinese culture,we should give priority to the development of the spirit of Chinese culture which are typically represented by such strong consciousness as"persistence"and"self-renewal"embedded in China's folk culture.
