摘    要:随着非公企业迅速增多,劳动关系矛盾日益突出,推行区域(行业)性职代会是破解非公企业维权难点、构建和谐劳动关系的重要途径。因此研究在非公企业推行区域(行业)性职代会的必然性,探讨非公企业特点以及认识误区和条件差异而形成的消极因素,是助推非公企业民主管理发展的重要前提。

Abstract:With increasing of non-public ownership enterprises,the conflicts between employers and employees emerge gradually.Insisting the system of regional(occupational) staff's committee is a significant way to solve the issue of safeguarding the staff's rights in the non-public ownership enterprises and to construct a harmonious relation between workers and employers.Therefore,it is a significant premise for promoting administration of the non-public ownership enterprises to research into the necessity of regional(occupational) committee and negative factors of the characteristics,misunderstanding,and conditional differences of non-public ownership enterprises.
