| 摘 要： | 目前人民币升值与二十世纪七八十年代日元升值的国内外经济形势存在诸多相似性，日本应对日元升值的经验可为我国应对人民币升值提供有益借鉴。从这些经验教训中我们可获得以下重要启示：应对人民币升值应实行内部均衡优先的独立货币政策，实施稳健的金融改革和有效的金融监管，采取提升产业竞争力的产业政策以及推行渐进式的货币调整政策。

| Abstract: | There is much similarity between RMB＇s appreciation at present and Yen＇s appreciation in 1980s. We can draw from Yen＇s appreciation then the following lessens： We should adopt an independent monetary policy of internal balanced priority to deal with RMB＇s appreciation, conduct moderate reform in finance and effective supervision over finance, and adopt an industrial policy of enhancing industrial competitiveness and a progressive policy of money adjustment. |
