| 摘 要： | 在Sars危机中发生的道德侵权现象 ,说明当前强化公民道德权利意识的重要性。道德权利与法律权利虽有差异 ,但是却有很大共性 ,在调整社会关系方面发挥着互补作用。应该利用法律、政策等措施强化道德权利的要求权、受回报权和自由权 ,建立公民维权意识和尊重他人、尊重社会公众权利的理念 ,进一步完善我国的公民道德教育
