成本-收益视角下的“见义勇为冷漠”现象探析

从本质上讲，见义勇为行为是一种交易现象，其冷漠现象的主因是现实社会中公民见义勇为行为的成本高于收益。针对其交易行为的三个特性，本文提出相应措施，以减少见义勇为成本，提高社会公众见义勇为的积极性。

On Indifferent Courageous Acts Based on the Theory of Cost-Benefit Analysis

The main cause of indifferent courageous acts in society is that the costs outweigh the benefits of people doing courageous acts in the current society. According to three characteristics of transactions, the author will put forward some corresponding measures to reduce the costs of courageous acts and increase its benefits, in order to reduce indifferent courageous acts and promote the initiative of pubhc to do more courageous acts.
