On the Urban Management Phenomenon Based on the Public Human Resources Management Perspective

Urban management this one special group in Chinese city changes a process to accelerate a large background, urban management has increasingly become one of China＇s social phenomena and social problems, citizen and urban contradictions everywhere, while citizens to government public dissatisfaction expressed by area.
