摘    要:城管这一特殊群体是在中国城市化进程加速的大背景下产生的,城管也越来越成为中国的一个社会现象和社会问题,公民与城管的矛盾无处不在,同时公民把对政府公共部门的不满通过城管来表现出来。本文旨在通过公共人力资源这一切入点来探讨怎样处理城管与公民之间矛盾,促进社会和谐。

On the Urban Management Phenomenon Based on the Public Human Resources Management Perspective

Abstract:Urban management this one special group in Chinese city changes a process to accelerate a large background, urban management has increasingly become one of China's social phenomena and social problems, citizen and urban contradictions everywhere, while citizens to government public dissatisfaction expressed by area. This paper through the public human resources and the cut-in point to study how to deal with the contradiction between urban citizens, and promoting social harmony.
