| 摘 要： | 委托执行制度在司法实践中具有十分重要的作用。民事委托执行立法中,委托执行制度需要的是完善而不是取消。本文针对现行民事委托执行制度存在的不足之处,提出完善我国民事委托执行制度的措施。
