和谐社会利益诉求机制的路径思考

在我国利益格局深刻调整时期，利益诉求特别是弱势群体利益诉求问题，在建构和谐社会中已经是一个无法回避的重要环节。通过提高认识、转变政府职能、搭建制度平台、培育扶持民间组织等路径，协调好各阶层尤其保护、保障好弱势群体的利益，建立自由、平等的利益表达和诉求渠道与机制，对于促进和谐社会的构建有着重要意义。

Thinking on the Choice of Interest Appealing Mechanism in Harmonious Society

When China is in a process of interest adjustment,the problem concerning interest appealing,especially from the disadvantaged groups,stands on the way preventing its building of harmonious society.In order to promote the building of harmonious society,China should take quite a lot of measures,including enhancing government's awareness of the problem,changing government's function,setting relevant systems and non-government institutions,etc.Additionally,Chinese government should coordinate the interests of different groups,most importantly,should protect the interest of disadvantaged groups by providing them with free and equal way for interest appealing.
