| 摘 要： | 西部大开发是党中央根据当今国际国内形势的现实发展 ,审时度势 ,面向新世纪而提出的伟大战略决策。它深刻反映了我国的社会主义本质要求 ,体现了平等互助的社会主义新型民族关系 ,最终在发展社会生产力、缩小东西部社会发展差距的努力中 ,实现各族人民的共同富裕繁荣。
