最高人民法院出台的《关于人民法院认可台湾地区有关法院民事判决的补充规定），从5月14日正式公布起开始生效。该《补充规定》是最高人民法院为执行哎海峡两岸共同打击犯罪及司法互助协议》关于认可及执行民事裁判与仲裁裁决（仲裁判断）的有关规定．维护两岸同胞合法权益，促进两岸关系和平发展，作出的又一重要司法解释。

The Supreme People＇s Court has recently enacted the Supplementary Provisions of the Supreme People＇s Court on the People＇s Courts＇ Recognition of Civil Judgments by the Relevant Courts of the Taiwan Region, which went into effect as of the date of promulgation on May 14. The supplementary provisions is yet another important set of judicial interpretations made by the Supreme People＇ s Court to facilitate implementation of the relevant provisions of the Agreement on Cross-Straits Mutual Assistance in Cracking Down on Crimes for mutual recognition and execution of civil judgments and arbitral awards （arbitral decisions）, maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Straits, and promote cross-Straits relations and peaceful development.
