| 摘 要： | 根据我省各地公安机关制作刑事照片案卷的情况以及管理刑事照片和档案的现状,本项目组对如何应用信息技术对各类刑事照片案卷按照《刑事照相制卷质量要求》进行模板化和标准化制作,并对刑事案件照片和档案进行科学化管理展开研究,开发出了一套适用于各级公安机关刑事技术部门的“刑事数码图像标准化技术”应用软件,经在我省部分县市公安机关试点应用,取得了很好的效果,具有一定的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | According to the circumstances of criminal-photo development and current situation of administration for criminal photos and files,a project group formed of working staff from three units with Fujian Public Safety College as its main body,has focused on how to apply information technology to all kinds of criminal photo cases,adopted the mould-pressing and standardized methods according to "The Qualities Requirements for Criminal Photo Development",meanwhile,it has carried out a research on a scientific management of photos and files in criminal cases,and explored a set of application software of "standardized technology for criminal digital image" which is applicable in the criminal technology departments of public security organs in every level. |
