| Abstract: | The problem of culture base need to be resolved for the study of civil law, which is the foundation of its plausibility. This paper talked over the value of making reflections on the culture basis of civil law, accounted for reasons why traditional Confucianism is as the basis of civil law, and demonstrated the valuable ideas that traditional Confucianism provides to civil law. |
