| 摘 要： | 近年来,未成年人犯罪呈逐年上升趋势,同时也呈现出一些新特点和新动态,有效预防、治理未成年人犯罪,是一项系统工程,但我国在这方面还很不完善,应当借鉴国际社会中有关未成年人犯罪预防、治理的成熟经验,从心理矫正、立法和构建预防网络等方面探讨新时期改造未成年犯的新对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years,juvenile crime commitment present a uptrend year by year,displays at the same time a few new characteristics and development.To take precautions against juvenile crime effectively and control juveniles crime,is one systematic works,in this respect our country is extremely poor in experience,we should learn mature experience in precautions against juvenile crime from international community,study countermeasures in preventing juvenile crimes from mental correction,legislation,and construction of a precaution network in the new period. |
