| 摘 要： | 当前,公安民警培训存在的问题主要有:培训目标定位不明确;教材内容滞后、缺乏层次;专业课教师缺乏公安实践经验。解决这些问题的措施有加强对民警培训的“层次性”研究、改进培训教材、改革教学内容和方法等等。
