| Abstract: | The old-age right is one of basic human rights. In our country, the subject of old-age right is persons over sixty and the object of this right includes the state, the society, families and individuals. The old-age right embraces right of living guarantee, right of medical guarantee and right of being supported. The old-age right has several characteristics, such as its universality, qualification, foundation, sociality and comprehensiveness. |
