Human society has experienced three governance model as ruling by god,rul ing by man and ruling by law.In communist society,ruling by morality will be a main governance model.In the course of the four social governance models,huma n being has passed from blindness to civilization,from slavery to freedom.The value such as freedom,democracy equality and human rights has been acknowledged and human subject,independence,respect and personality has been improved.
