| 摘 要： | 建设和谐企业是新时期工会工作的主题.工会组织要适应时代发展的工作要求,通过建立稳定协调的劳动关系,做好凝聚力量的思想工作,畅通内部和谐的民主渠道,促进劳资双方的双赢发展,发挥调节、黏合、稳定、推动作用,为实现好、发展好职工的利益搭建好企业与职工有效沟通的桥梁,提升新时期工会工作的渗透力和影响力.

| Abstract: | To build up harmonious enterprises is a work theme of trade union in the new era.Trade union should adapt to the requirements of the times and upgrade the penetration and influence of trade union through building up harmonious labor relations,promoting ideological work,smoothing democratic channels,advancing win-win between labor and capital.Trade union should play a role of coordination,bonding,stability and promotion so as to become the bridge between enterprises and workers and staff. |
