| 摘 要： | 综述了几种不同数据处理方法卡方检验和精确检验在法医人类遗传标记群体遗传学研究Hardy-Wein鄄berg平衡检验中的应用。强调了精确检验在多等位基因标记系统,尤其是以VNTR、STR为代表的法医DNA分析研究中的重要性。

| Abstract: | This article review the application of chi-square test of various data handling methods and exact test in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium testing of human genetic marker in population genetics. The importance of HWE-exact test in multiallelic system was emphasized, especially in the study of forensic VNTR and STR typing. |
