| 摘 要： | 国有企业公司化改造是市场经济对国有企业改革的要求，如何使国有企业顺利进入现代企业制度运行模式中良性运做，是我们当前亟待解决的问题。本文结合我国国企改革实际情况，具体分析了国有企业改革中的现实困境，提出了以建立明晰的产权制度为中心的改革方向，以此探求国有企业及时、平稳、顺利进入现代企业制度模式运行。

| Abstract: | Market economy requires that state ownership enterprises be corporationalized. How to make possible smooth transformation and successful operation thereafter demands our prompt attention. Taking into consideration the present situation of the reform of China's state ownership enterprises and the difficulties they are facing, the author studies ways for state ownership enterprises to enter the operation of the modern enterprise system promptly, smoothly and successfully by suggesting setting up a clear cut proprietary orientated model. |
