中药综合治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎52例

目的 观察中药静脉滴注、口服、外敷联合治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的临床疗效。方法 治疗组52例患者给予中药综合治疗（苦碟子注射液静脉滴注、活血凉血饮口服、新芙蓉膏外敷），对照组46例给予西药综合治疗（曲可芦丁静脉滴注、地奥司明口服、双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外涂），疗程14 d。结果 治疗组在临床治愈率和平均治愈时间方面显著优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 中药综合治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎疗效满意、见效快

Clinical Effect of Combined Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Superficial Thrombophlebitis of Lower Limbs: A Report of 52 Case

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous drip, oral administration, and external application of traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) in the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis of the lower limbs. Methods Ninety-eight patients with superficial thrombophlebitis of the lower limbs were randomly divided into treatment group (n=52) and control group (n=46). The treatment group received intravenous drip of Ixeris sonchifolia Hance injection, oral administration of blood-activating and blood-cooling decoction, and external application of Xinfurong Ointment, while the control group received intravenous drip of troxerutin, oral administration of diosmin, and external application of diclofenac diethylamine emulgel. The course of treatment was 14 d in the two groups.Results The treatment group had a significantly higher clinical cure rate and a significantly shorter mean time to cure compared with the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Combined TCM treatment has a satisfactory and rapid clinical effect in treating superficial thrombophlebitis of the lower limbs.
